As I rack up more and more achievements on Skulfrak, get him better geared, and exalted with more factions, I find the idea of playing alts less attractive. I enjoy leveling and have a few 80s, but the amount of stuff I've done at 80, I just don't see doing it again on another toon, unless I was to switch mains.
It didn't take too long to do, so if I roll a new Goblin in Cataclysm, it'll still be pretty easy. I just don't see doing multiple grinds on toons I'm not playing too often. And, of course, there will be all new factions to grind in Cataclysm, so none of it will really matter.
For now, I've just been concentrating on making Skulfrak a better toon, so I at least have one that's pretty good at something instead of a bunch of fresh 80s who aren't geared enough to do anything. I'm still working on the Chef title. I need one more recipe from the Shattrath dailies to finish the Outland Gourmet. I need to drop a few feasts in Battlegrounds, and I'm pretty close to done. I'd love to go for the Salty title, but hanging around Outland trying to get another Mr. Pinchy, and then winning the Stranglethorn fishing tournament seems like a long shot.
