Cooking with Skulfrak

I did a lot in-game this weekend!

I finally got to exalted with the Kirin'Tor, and got a spellthread recipe for my tailoring.  I also got to 100 Dalaran Cooking Awards, bought myself a Chef hat, and finished cooking all the Northrend recipes.  In my fishing bag, I got the Bone Fishing Pole, which is just as good as the Kalu'ak, but looks absolutely amazing for an Undead Warlock.  It's a skeletal arm holding a skull, with the reel in it's mouth, and a nice blue glow on it. There was another porcelain bell in the same bag, which vendors for 100 gold, so that was really my lucky day.

The Pilgrim's Bounty festival began, and I started doing some of those achievements.  My wife and I stood in the courtyard of Undercity, and blasted the crap out of every Alliance player that ran in trying to get a seat at one of the tables, and we each got the City Defender achievement (kill 50 enemy players in one of your faction's main cities). We also ran my wife's paladin up to level 40 in Stranglethorn Vale, so she could ride her cool new Zhevra mount. We ganked a fellow hordie in the Gurubashi Arena down there, and he got very pissed.  He went and got his Alliance shadown priest, and he killed me pretty soundly. He was a very poor sport about it though, and whined and cried and called me a fag the entire time.  My wife and I each have Arenamaster achievement and he doesn't though.

I'm working on finishing up my Kalu'Ak rep, even though I don't need the pole or the penguin pet now, but I've come this far, one or two more days should finish that off.  The only rep grinds left for me are the Argent Crusade and the Wyrmrest Accord.  I'm going for the Chef title though, so I'm chasing and cooking Outland recipes for the moment.  Wyrmrest Accord will probably be next though, as the Red Drake mount would be fun.  I'm saving my gold for the 8000g Grand Ice Mammoth, which is a ground mount that carries 3 people.
