Two weeks of running heroics on my death knight has given me a nice break from leveling, but it's time to move the warrior into the home stretch. I got Squood to level 67 last night, and killed some random mobs in Borean Tundra this morning, so he's unofficially moved into Northrend.
In the dungeon finder, he had a few good groups, and some not so good. The evening started with a death knight in the DPS role who was in full aggro mode, and made it very difficult to get a good grip on the mobs. The shaman in the group made it even better by casting typhoon and pushing all the mobs back into the next group. He said it gave him more mana.
I'm pretty much just rotating through the Auchindoun instances right now. I'm hoping to avoid any of the Tempest Keep dungeons for the next 30% of a level, and then my randoms switch over to the Wrath set, and I'll feel more at home. The experience curve will slow down, so it's going to be slower going, but I'm fairly confident I can get through them all pretty quickly and start gearing up for heroics. I've got a paladin and a death knight at 80, but I'm not comfortable tanking with them, so having a maxxed out warrior will be nice.
