I finally found a new guild on Steamwheedle Cartel to get Skulfrak into a bit of raiding. As of noon today, he is now a member of Dynamite Aggro. They look to be a group wanting to try out some 10-man content, but with no pressure, tight schedules, mandatory attendance and all of the other crap that doesn't fit into my life right now.
Skul has gone about as far as he can go with 5-man content. There's just not a lot left for him to do or gain. I'm looking forward to poking my head into some of the places I've not been yet and making some new friends, so hopefully it'll go good.
